Your Development Plan
First things first. When you join LDA’s TTP, we’ll have a meeting to discuss your dancing goals and an individual plan for the next months.
During the program, you’ll learn our syllabus and teaching techniques, which will get you ready to start assisting in classes.
- Syllabus: Salsa and Bachata
- Teaching Technique: warm-up vs partner work ratio, song choices, providing constructive feedback, keeping students engaged, retention, inspiring students, common mistakes, positive language and more.
LDA is committed to providing the tools and keep encouraging you to invest on your self-development towards being a well-rounded dancer. Knowing your fortes and areas for improvement, we’ll guide you on the right direction to ensure you develop the skills that will help you achieve your dancing goals.
You’ll be encouraged to join workshops, classes and special projects according to your development plan such as solos, couples, duets, pro-ams and teams.
